Job Summary
Greet customers, facilitate the shooting experience, and convert visitors to buyers by asking for sales that fulfill the desired experience. Conduct efficient range check-ins, maintain range timers, and ensure compliant firearm rental processes while communicating safety issues to the Range Safety Officer. Answer product questions regarding pricing, features, and availability, and inform customers of discounts, promotions, and exclusive offers. When acting as an ecommerce picker, check the dashboard hourly to pick new orders. Maintain compliance with government agencies including 4473 and background checks, and stay updated on new product and industry news. This role supports Range USA's mission to provide the easiest and best customer service in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service sales experience
- Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age
