Job Summary
Match the right pet with the right customer and provide top-notch customer service. Educate clients on every pet's basic needs, the value of Petland pets, and available programs to ensure a positive experience. Maintain excellent animal husbandry by performing opening, daily, and closing procedures while keeping the store clean, organized, and safe. Assist Animal Care Technicians with additional animal care and support community service projects as needed. Perform other related duties assigned by management. This role requires standing and walking continually, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
