Job Summary
Match the right pet with the right customer and provide top-notch customer service. Educate clients on every pet's basic needs and the value of Petland's 5-Step Sale and 4 Basic Needs programs. Maintain excellent animal husbandry by performing opening, daily, and closing procedures while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Assist Animal Care Technicians with additional animal care and support community service projects in and out of the store as needed. Perform other related duties assigned by management. This role supports Petland's mission of creating lasting connections between pets and their new families within a supportive, pet-loving team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
