Sales Associate FT - Cullman

Sales Associate is responsible for placing merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining cleanliness and organization in front of the store, and providing cashier and customer service. Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, and processing donations; ensuring neat, orderly sales floor and cashier areas; assisting with store recovery; promoting a collegial atmosphere; collaborating to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and metrics; supervising and training program participants; delivering workforce training in soft and technical skills; and upholding The Foundry's mission, vision, values, and Statement of Faith. Requires high school diploma/equivalency or GED, two years of retail/thrift store experience, ability to use a computer/tablet, overtime availability, and physical capacity to perform duties in a retail/warehouse environment; strong interpersonal skills and servant-leader mindset; reports to General Manager.
