Job Summary
Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly wellness program and build customer loyalty with new, established, and prospective clients. Listen actively to client needs while turning any criticism into a story of great service. Handle scheduling and payments using modern office tools and systems. Prioritize creating the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients. This role offers a starting pay of $16 per hour with bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers and commission for wellness plan sales. Team members also receive medical insurance and a complimentary monthly massage or skincare service. Evening and weekend shifts are available.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work some evenings and a weekend shift
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
