Sales Associate

Greet and thank each customer courteously, managing complaints efficiently while adhering to company policy. Perform suggestive selling techniques and maintain an immaculately clean environment by following Store Manager guidelines. Conduct accurate sales transactions, generate shift reports, and notify the manager of any discrepancies. Execute all duties on Shift Duty Checklists, including proper merchandising, pricing, stocking, and ensuring food quality and sanitation standards. Assist in training new Sales Associates and attend required sessions. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including age-restricted product sales, and communicate professionally with the team. Follow posted work schedules and clocking procedures accurately.
