Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story and engaging shoppers with product knowledge. Assist with daily store operations, including sales transactions and merchandising, to create a welcoming shopping experience. Work collaboratively with the team to support business needs, including occasional longer shifts. This part-time role in our Freeport, ME store requires comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details
- Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- A team player with a can-do attitude who's willing to jump in and support as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs
