Job Summary
Engage customers with a welcoming approach to create positive shopping experiences and offer personalized product recommendations. Assess customer needs, build relationships through strong service and follow-up, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, assist with merchandising and replenishment, and support fitting room needs during busy periods. Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals while stocking inventory and following store policies. Work collaboratively with teammates to meet store objectives in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible with scheduling to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
- High school degree
