Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Answer phone calls, greet clients, and manage appointments while educating them on service menu benefits and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience, passionately promote sales and events, and uphold spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a competitive base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour.
