Job Summary
Sales Associate in Fort Myers helping guests design homes with furniture and services, navigate a large showroom, present furniture options, assist with financing, and convert interactions into sales. Track and meet monthly sales goals and KPIs, create invoices, schedule deliveries, manage accounts, and maintain a welcoming showroom. Training program provided; commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential and a minimum target of about $65K after the first year, with potential to earn up to $200K+. Requires a high-school diploma or GED and availability to work evenings and weekends in a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Degree or GED equivalent
- Schedule: ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Ability to guide customers throughout the showroom for extended periods of time
