Sales Associate

Welcome customers, help them build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel, and drive sales through product knowledge. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care, then handle daily store tasks including restocking, fitting room maintenance, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers and product. Work with teammates to crush store goals, take part in training and coaching, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
