Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, picking and packing online orders, and assisting with daily tasks like restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, and keeping floors clean. Handle cash, uphold safety and loss prevention procedures, and maintain store visuals to ensure the store is always customer ready. Work together with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
