Sales Associate

Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with head-to-toe looks. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they arrive on time. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals and jump in where needed to support the team. Take part in training and coaching to learn, grow, and level up. Bring positive energy and a solution-oriented mindset to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
