Job Summary
Welcome customers, help build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel, and drive sales through product knowledge. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care while assisting with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping the floor clean. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards, follow safety and loss prevention procedures, and handle customer information responsibly. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and support the team with a solution-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
