Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by building head-to-toe looks with footwear and apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Perform daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Work with teammates to crush store goals and participate in training and coaching to learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
