Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by presenting footwear, apparel, and must-have add-ons. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals, recovery standards, and safety protocols to protect customers, teammates, and product. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
