Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with head-to-toe looks. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery. Support daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality. Work together with teammates to crush store goals and take part in training and coaching. Bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
