Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Assist with daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards to ensure the store is always customer ready. Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals while taking part in training and coaching. Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
