Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with head-to-toe looks. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they arrive on time. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work together with teammates to crush store goals and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
