Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel add-ons. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Assist with daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers and teammates. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards to ensure the location is always customer-ready. Work together with teammates to crush store goals and take part in training and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
