Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel add-ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, picking and packing online orders, and assisting with daily tasks like restocking, cash handling, and maintaining store visuals. Maintain fitting rooms, keep floors clean and organized, and follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work with teammates to crush store goals, complete training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment. Handle customer and company information responsibly while adhering to all confidentiality standards.
