Job Summary
Welcome customers and help them build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel add-ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assist with picking, packing, and shipping online orders. Support daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Maintain store visuals, recovery standards, and safety protocols while handling customer information responsibly. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
