Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by presenting footwear and apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders. Support daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work together with teammates to crush store goals and take part in training and coaching. Bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment and jump in where needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
