Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop. Assist clients in building head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must-have add-ons. Drive sales through product knowledge and help customers find styles they will love. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery. Support daily store tasks including restocking, fitting room maintenance, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Handle company and customer information responsibly. Work with teammates and leaders to crush store goals, participate in training and coaching, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
