Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders. Perform daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store remains customer ready. Work with teammates and leaders to crush store goals while participating in training and coaching. Bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment and jump in where needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
