Job Summary
Welcome customers, help build head-to-toe looks by presenting footwear and apparel, and drive sales through product knowledge. Pick, pack, and ship online orders, while managing restocking, fitting room maintenance, cash handling, and floor organization. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards, follow safety and loss prevention procedures, and handle confidential information responsibly. Collaborate with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
