Job Summary
Welcome customers and help them build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel add-ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assist with picking, packing, and shipping online orders. Perform daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while ensuring store visuals and recovery standards are met. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
