Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by acting as friendly brand ambassadors. Assist shoppers with building head-to-toe looks through footwear preparation and presenting apparel and must-have add-ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and help customers find styles they will love. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they arrive on time. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Handle company and customer information responsibly. Work together with teammates to crush store goals and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment. Take part in training and coaching to learn, grow, and level up.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
