Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge and assist with picking, packing, and shipping online orders. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training and coaching, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment. Handle all company and customer information responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
