Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by bringing head-to-toe looks. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with footwear and apparel. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery. Perform daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals by jumping in where needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
