Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Execute daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Work together with teammates to crush store goals, take part in training, and jump in where needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
