Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear, presenting apparel, and adding must-have items. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Assist with daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store remains customer ready. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals, take part in training and coaching, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment. Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
