Welcome customers, help build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel, and drive sales through product knowledge. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care while restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals, take part in training and coaching, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
