Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge, pick and ship online orders, and assist with restocking, fitting room maintenance, and cash handling. Maintain store visuals, follow safety and loss prevention procedures, and keep the floor clean and organized. Work with teammates to crush store goals, take part in training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
