Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers in building head-to-toe looks. Support daily store activities including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work with teammates to crush store goals and participate in training to learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
