Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers with head-to-toe looks. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care while completing daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, and keeping the floor clean. Handle cash, uphold safety and loss prevention standards, and maintain store visuals to ensure the environment is customer-ready. Work with teammates to crush store goals and participate in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
