Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge, pick and pack online orders, and assist with daily tasks like restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, and keeping floors clean. Handle cash, uphold safety and loss prevention standards, and maintain store visuals and recovery protocols. Work with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and support a respectful, inclusive environment. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
