Job Summary
Welcome customers and help them build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel. Drive sales through product knowledge while picking, packing, and shipping online orders with care. Execute daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping floors clean and organized. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards to ensure the location is always customer-ready. Collaborate with teammates to crush store goals, participate in training, and bring a solution-oriented mindset to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
