Job Summary
Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop. Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must-have add-ons. Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and assisting customers in finding styles they will love. Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they arrive on time. Support daily store tasks including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized. Maintain store visuals and recovery standards while following safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals, take part in training, and bring positive energy to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture
- Comfortable talking with people and helping customers
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn
