Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by offering warm greetings, suggestive selling, and product solutions to meet guest needs. Drive store-level sales and profitability through engaging customers, promoting Jockey Rewards membership, and achieving satisfaction goals. Perform daily transactions including ringing purchases, processing payments, and counting money while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Assist with merchandising, stocking, and markdowns to adhere to visual standards. Support hiring efforts and demonstrate core values in all interactions. Work part-time hours earning $17.00 - $19.00 per hour with PTO and discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of retail or customer service experience with a proven ability to demonstrate a passion for extraordinary guest service and sales
