Job Summary
Bloomingdale’s Sales Professional (Part-Time) in Palo Alto, CA. Responsible for guiding and inspiring customers, building long-term client relationships both in-store and online, delivering the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through conversation, and supporting merchandising and store operations. Duties include circulating the sales floor, identifying customer needs, promoting loyalty programs, leveraging technology to drive sales, and contributing to merchandising, fulfillment, and room upkeep. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule; physical duties include standing/walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
