Job Summary
Cosmoprof Sales Associate focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, advise customers, inform them about promotions and the Loyalty program, set up displays, complete transactions, and maintain a professional store environment. The role requires product knowledge training, strong communication with customers and team members, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to meet store needs including physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods. The position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities, with a range of schedules to suit BAU operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- Must be available to meet scheduling needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to explain product labels and apply product knowledge training
- Able to perform duties as assigned by Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work in conditions described (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
