Provide memorable customer service and product knowledge on the shop floor for The North Face brand; maintain brand merchandising standards, stay up-to-date with current trends and the brand’s market position; follow store operational procedures including stock room management; demonstrate integrity, curiosity, empathy, and perseverance while delivering a fantastic customer experience and representing VF’s inclusive culture.
