Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Greet customers, assess needs, provide product knowledge, offer recommendations, and engage in suggestive selling. Maintain organized merchandise, keep floor stocked, and ensure seamless checkout experiences. Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management; collaborate with the team to meet store goals. Must be able to operate the cash register, handle transactions, and work a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekend shifts; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and navigating stock areas. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
