Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding and meeting customer needs with product knowledge, engaging in suggestive selling, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, and communicating needs to management. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, keeping merchandise organized, maintaining a well-stocked floor, and ensuring seamless checkout experiences. Requires being at least 16 years old, availability to work a flexible schedule (including day/evening/weekends and possible overnight shifts), comfort with technology used at the point of sale, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and physical ability to move and stock merchandise. Required Qualifications
