Sales associate

As a part-time Sales Associate at Five Below in Pasadena, TX, you will be at the center of customer interactions and store operations, delivering outstanding service while driving sales. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, assessing needs, sharing product knowledge, directing customers to merchandise, suggesting additional items, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, communicating restocking and service needs to management, and collaborating with the team to achieve store objectives. The role requires the ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise up to 25 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and potential overnight shifts. A positive, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential, along with the willingness to learn technology used at the register and handheld devices.
