Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Five Below, you will greet and assist customers promptly, understand their needs, engage in suggestive selling, promote store events, resolve customer concerns, and support the team to achieve company goals. You must be at least 16 years old, be available to work a flexible schedule, and be comfortable with technology. Essential functions include operating a cash register, moving merchandise, and maintaining communication with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
