Job Summary
Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, maintaining organized merchandise, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, suggesting products, promoting events and promotions, resolving issues, communicating needs to management, and collaborating with the team to achieve store objectives. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, flexible scheduling, comfort with technology, strong communication, problem-solving, and on-the-job training to learn procedures. The role involves frequent cash register operation, stocking, ladder use for stock, moving merchandise, and possible day/evening/weekend shifts with travel as required. Required Qualifications
