Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Five Below, you will greet and assist customers promptly, understand and meet their needs through product knowledge, engage in suggestive selling, and inform customers about store events and promotions. You'll resolve customer concerns and communicate needs to management to support team and company goals. Ideal candidates should be at least 16 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be available to work a flexible schedule.
