Job Summary
Sales Associate at Five Below responsible for greeting customers and assisting with their needs, conveying product knowledge, and engaging in suggestive selling to drive sales. Duties include informing customers about store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns by offering solutions, communicating merchandise needs to management, restocking and maintaining organized merchandise, and operating the cash register as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. Requires ability to interact with customers professionally, learn procedures through on-the-job training, and work a flexible schedule. This role is part-time and involves handling merchandise, assisting customers, and supporting store objectives. Benefits information is available on the company site. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule
